Shipping & Returns Policy

30-day returns are permitted for plyo balls but customer must cover shipping costs. Damaged plyo balls may be replaced if Beimel Elite Athletics is notified of damage within 30 days of shipment.

Merchandise returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Damaged merchandise may be replaced or refunded if BEA is notified within 30 days of shipping. 

Each piece of merchandise is produced to order, and production usually starts within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a text or email with order updates and tracking information, and your merchandise will arrive within two week of purchase. Contact BEA for details if a shipment takes longer than two weeks.
